The FZ1 ($2195 list) is a keyboard sampling instrument
featuring 16 bit
sample resolution. Sampling time is 14.5 seconds at 36kHz with
2 slower
sampling rates allowing longer times. An optional memory expansion
doubles
the available RAM memory. The panel features a backlit 'wide graphic
LCD'
for monitoring waveforms and other duties. The FZ-1 allows up
to 64
samples, with 8 programmable settings (key split & other keybaord
data). 8
voices are available on the velocity sensing keyboard, and each
voice can be
assigned midi channels.
